Code of Ethics

Our Commitment to Responsible Real Estate Investing:

Net Worth Club (NWC) is a community where people enhance their financial literacy, engage in wealth-building discussions, and support one another in tracking and growing their own Net Worth. Real estate ownership and management operate within a highly regulated sector of the U.S. free enterprise system. Given this responsibility, NWC members must approach real estate investing with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.

NWC members are committed to expanding their real estate knowledge while conducting business legally and ethically. To uphold these principles, all members are held to a higher standard of ethical behavior, including but not limited to the following guidelines:

  • Members will not intentionally misrepresent any material fact in their business dealings.
  • Members must stay informed about housing regulations at the local, state, and federal levels.
  • Members will ensure that the housing they provide is safe and sanitary.
  • Members will uphold professionalism and serve as role models in all real estate interactions.
  • Members will disclose known property issues that may affect value or cause buyer hardship.
  • Members will not market any property they do not have the legal right to sell or lease.
  • Members will seek professional guidance for any matters outside their expertise.
  • Members will perform due diligence in all transactions and encourage others to do so.
  • Members will not engage in activities that could damage the reputation of NWC.
  • Members will neither participate in nor tolerate any illegal business practices.
  • Members must consult professional advisors on legal, tax, economic, or investment matters before making decisions.

By joining NWC, each member pledges to conduct their business in alignment with these ethical guidelines. NWC reserves the right to review complaints from members, property owners, or residents and, at its sole discretion, may revoke any membership at any time for any reason.
